Growth Groups - A Growth Groups are small groups of 10-12 people that meet weekly. There are several different groups that meet at various times throughout the week. Call or email the office for locations.
The Purpose: Growth groups are small communities of believers that meet every week to encourage and challenge one another as they each seek genuine, deeper connection with God, themselves, and one another.
The Curriculum: The focus of these groups will be on experience, not study. While scripture will be a part of each meeting, the main point is what we do with it, how it affects us and our relationship with God. Group participants will focus on the following questions:

- How am I experiencing God in my daily life?
- How am I living out my faith?
- How do I encourage others in their faith journeys?
- How do I take what I hear in church and apply it to my everyday life?

Conversations in Grief
Mondays in June @ 6:30pm in the Basement of the Family Life Ctr.
This is a 4-week group for those that have lost a loved one and are seeking a community that can understand and relate to their journey. This class is free of charge, everyone is welcome and there is NO prep work or reading - just come as you are. The group will be facilitated by Rev. Mary Collier, a local retired UMC pastor, who has a passion for serving those who are walking through grief. Below is a description of what will be covered over the 4 weeks:

- Week 1 - Open to the presence of your loss, dispel the misconceptions about grief & embrace the uniqueness of your grief
- Week 2 - Explore your feelings of loss & recognize you are not grazy
- Week 3 - Understand the 6 needs of mourning, nurture yourself and reach out for help
- Week 4 - Seek reconciliation (not resolution), appreciate your transformation and continue moving forward

Choir – Our choir practices on Tuesdays at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary. There is no audition required, everyone is welcome! The choir sings during the 9am service on Sunday mornings.
