VBS 2022 Registration

NOTES BEFORE REGISTERING:
Parents of Pre-K kids: We are offering this age group an opportunity to participate in our VBS and we’re excited to have them! That being said, we are limiting the Pre-K spots at VBS for those children that have already completed a semester or more of preschool and are fully potty-trained. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
Parents of kids who have completed 5th grade: We know that your kids are making a big transition this summer from children to youth! In order to celebrate and engage these students, we are going to format VBS a bit differently for this age bracket. These students will participate in the opening and closing worship sessions with the rest of the participants; however, we are going to have them choose an area to help in and they will be assigned to assist our adult volunteers in the area of their choice.

Medical Release and Permission to Attend:
I hereby grand Glen Rose First United Methodist Church permission for my child (named above) to attend VBS 2022. I understand that the information I give for this registration will only be used by the church. Furthermore, I give my permission for the staff and volunteers of the church to administer basic first aid to my child in the event of an injury. I understand that the staff and volunteers of the church will contact emergency services in the even of a significant injury and all expenses for such emergency service will be paid by me.
